Thousands storm the Streets of Akure for AKETIDATIWA Solidarity Walk

Activities in Akure, the capital of Ondo state got completely halted today as a mammoth crowd troop out to show support for Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu’s second term bid.

The solidarity walk organized by Otunba Mayokun Lawson-Alade of LAF foundation was aimed at sensitizing the good people of Akure about the good works of Governor Akeredolu and to reassure him of Akure’s undying support.

Representing the Governor, the deputy Governor designate, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa appreciated the gathering for the massive show of love to AKETIDATIWA campaign.
Using Aketi’s completed/ongoing projects as reference, Hon. Lucky reassured Akure people of better and unbiased projects when the Governor is reelected.

Present at the event were; the Honourable Minister for Niger delta affairs (state), Sen. Tayo Alasoadura, the SSG, Mr Temitayo Oluwatuyi, Special Adviser to the Governor on multilateral, Mrs Bunmi Ademosu, Hon. Commissioner for works, Hon. Saka Yusuf-Ogunleye, State APC Vice-chairman(Central Senetorial District) Otunba Rasak Isijola, Commissioner for Natural resources, Hon.Idowu Otetubi, and other top Akure-South APC elders.
