Ondo NAWOJ to support less privileged students with support fund

The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists, NAWOJ, Ondo State chapter has announced its intention to provide educational support fund to some selected indigent students, in Ondo State.

This is to alleviate the challenge of some parents who couldn’t afford basic educational materials for their students, which eventually increased the number of out-of-school children in our society.

The invitation letter reads: “The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ) Ondo State, invites you to the disbursement of funds to Beneficiaries of its Educational Support Initiative.

“The project is aimed at alleviating poverty in the lives of some less priviledged Students who find it difficult to pay their school fees.

“This is part of efforts to ensure that no child in Ondo State is deprived of Education due to poverty.

“We look forward to your highly esteemed presence at the event”.
